Addison tree care came and gave estimate on July 7, 2022 collected deposit of $320 as a down payment for the total price of $3200.00 for cutting down 2 trees. Told me that he would be back within 2 weeks to complete the job. Have called many times to get update on job status and given many excuses as to why they hadnt gotten to this job. Talked to the owner - ***************************** on 08/29/2022 and was told he was going to send the deposit back. Today is September 12, 2022. Have not received the deposit or any information from *** Addison.Business response
