Andrews tree service was cutting down my Neighboors tree and asked to park a truck on my yard. What really happened was they took advantage of me working 24hr shifts as a fireman and used a crane from my yard to remove the tree. He assured me he would fix the damages but instead hasnt returned any calls or texts and Im stuck with 2k pluss in damages.Initial Complaint

I manage/own a property @ *************************************************************************************** I had hired Andrews Tree Service after back-to-back storms took out several Tree on our property. At the same time a neighbor came over to say one of my trees had fallen from my property into his back yard. I introduced ****** to the neighbor and agreed to allowing access thru my pasture to his tree. I told both parties that this was access only and that I did not want anything left on my property. ****** was hired by this man and cut down several large trees and put the trees at the road on my property. At the time ****** knew that the ******************** would not remove the trees cut down by a third party, as he was with me when I called about my own trees. I've tried to get ****** to haul off this man's trees for over 4 weeks with no success. He is no longer answering my phone calls, text or ********** noticed he does not have his last name or a full accurate address on his estimate. At this point I'm facing possible fine from the ******************** if the trees are not removed. So, I have no chose but hire an Attorney & try to find ******.Regards,***************** Property ManagerInitial Complaint

Date of service 8-5-2021 Removal of dead tree from backyard using crane. Dropped limb into my pool and tore 7 holes in my liner. They sent a pool guy out and he patched the area of my liner where the holes were located and said it would not leak. We filled pool with water and were only able to run our pump for 2 days as water has leaked out and is below the skimmer plate and pump jet on wall of pool making it useless and now our water is green. I've contacted the owner ****** numerous times. He finally texted me on 9-3-21 saying the pool repair man said our liner needs replacing. He asked if I wanted a quote on a liner and I said yes but made it clear that I was not paying for it as I didn't cause any damage and have not had any issues with my pool until this happened with his company. Once I said that I've sent texts about updates. He's read my texts and seen photos and now will not respond to my messages. I've asked for bond info to file a complaint there too.
