Hired them for tree trimming, tree removal, ***** grinding and removal of all trees and debris on7/30/24, They did partial work; guaranteed they would finish the job the next day on 7/31/24. They showed up and did not finish the job. I paid them on 7/31/24 in good faith that they would finish up; however, they took the money and left, leaving work undone and my yard a huge mess with NO removal of any of the trees or limbs/debris. The address they use is a vacant, run down old house in the inner city and the phone number listed is bogus. I want a partial refund and they will not respond.Initial Complaint

Unlimited Cowboys quoted a price to trim 5 trees, remove 2 trees, treat a diseased tree and remove all debris from the curb. Agreed on a total of $5,000. Paid by check. 2 trees were cut down and 2 trees were trimmed only. Didnt grind stumps, trim 4 trees or remove debris from the curb. Also didnt treat the diseased tree per agreement. Do not want them back on my property, but requesting a partial refund for services not completed. Requesting $2,500 refund.Initial Complaint

On 7-22-2024 I agreed to a $100 quote to trim 2 trees. Immediately half the larger tree was on the ground. Now the price was $8,500. I told the workers to leave everything. The price changed another 7 times. Finally they cut up what was on the ground, left it in a pile and promised to return to complete the "job". Do NOT pay these people. Do NOT fall for the "tree trimming" scam.Initial Complaint

This company knocked on my 85 year grandmothers door to provide a quote to trim some trees. They proceeded to cut less than a wheelbarrow of branches without authorization. After cutting the limbs they came inside my grandmothers home and DEMANDED $4500, four thousand five hundred dollars. They left and returned 1 hour later and DEMANDED an addiontal $1500 dollars, which my Grandmother with Dementia paid. They stole a total of $6000 from an 85 year old woman. ************************* needs to crack downInitial Complaint

On Friday March 8th ********************* approached my Dad's residence to solicit work. They both agreed on the price of 500 dollars for a tree to be pruned in the back yard ( incomplete) and limbs to be hauled away (incomplete). Our neighbor approached ********************* to ask what was going on and let me ********* know my dad has alzheimers. Not long after ********************* left the property. I don't believe he was there for a full hour, and took full advantage of my dad. I consider asking only half of the payment back a bargain, since this is really theft. Refund of half the cost of work can be mailed to the house. ********************* is not allowed back on the property.Customer response

11/9/22 -- paid ***************************** $2,500 to remove one tree. He committed to remove the ***** and additional trees. He did not finish the job, and left the yard a real mess, destroying landscaping, which will cost much to replace and repair. Additionally, he is knocking on the door, driving by and constantly calling wanting additional money even though he did not complete the job.
