      My nam is: ********************************* ************** traded his 2010 ******* Santa Fe in for a 2016 ******* Santa Fe! We only had it lest than a year and something went wrong with it, so we took it back to them to see what the problem was found out it was the motor! They put a motor in it in April 2022 that they purchased from the claim people for ***** dollars w/warranty for 3 months after that Sept 2022 we had to take it back because the motor went out again! So since he had to pay for it this time he is really given me a hard time, So they been having my truck since Sept 18, 2022! I Went Saturday Dec 17 2022 to ask them about my truck and when it was going to be fix and the owner had a bad nonchalant attitude like he didnt care about trying to get it fix! So I ask for a rental until they were able to fix my truck and they wouldnt give me one! So I told him that it didnt make since that Im paying for a truck that I cant drive and couldnt get a rental from him and he told me there was nothing he can do! So I said I was going to call channel 13 news he said he dont care call them and whoever else I needed to call! I still dont have my *********** missed work because my husband need to go to work in my car. Im so hurt because Im still stuck without my truck and cant get no help! This is bad business! I NEED MY TRUCK! I will never do business with them ever again and I suggest nobody else either! I pray that something be done about this soon! #angrycustomer

      Great **************** from sales person *****. Until they sold us a car without a full tank of gas, no oil change, and no inspection. When I went to get the inspection done I had almost ***** dollars worth of stuff to take care of to pass inspection. When the shop and I called them they said they would only pay for 600 dollars or we can bring it back to them to take care of. Well they know I wont bring it back because I live in ************ ********! I even tried to talk to Sunny the Boss but they would not let us speak. ***** is able to talk to him but not us. It was all third party back and forth. This is very unprofessional and bad service.

      Hello ********************, thank you for your appreciation of our sales team member *****, he indeed is a wonderful team member.Sir, you bought this Yukon Denali from ** on06/27/2022 and boughtit AS-IS. The car was not delivered to you, you personally test-drove the Vehicle before purchasing it. The dealership never promised a full tank of gas and we may have missed the timeline for an oil change. Other than a possible oil change due This vehicle had no known issues. You yourselfdid not report any issues immediately. You drove your family in this unit for over 2 weeks and for over **** miles before taking it for "inspection". There is no way for us to know what happened in those 2 weeks and **** miles. ******** when you called andtold us about the vehicle needing an oil changeand other concerns (that we are sure were NOT present when the car left our lot) we asked you to bring the vehicle to us for us to inspect and take care of any issues which you did not agree to. The owner spoke with you for almost 30 mins and other managers spend over an hour in an attempt to help you. In the end as a courtesy, we paid the $509.00 directly to the *** service center to take care of the oil change and the brakes. Even after paying $509.00 when you were still being unreasonable, we offered to buybackthe vehicle and return your trade which you did not agree to either- andnow that offer is off thetableWe have done everything from our side to keep youhappy, but there is a limit to how far we can go. We have already paid $509.00 to ***, we also verbally promised you $400.00 for rim repair and headphones for the *** player- a check of $400 is in the mail and the headphones have been ordered and will be delivered directly to you.Thank you.
