***************** we are so sorry that you feel the way that you do. Yes you had to have a headlight bulb replaced. It was working when you purchased and when you came in the first 2 times, you just showed up without an appointment and we did replace the bulb and check it out and did not charge you for anything. The mechanic did everything he could to check it and make sure it was just a bulb. Unfortunately, when you came back in the 3rd time he could see then it was the pigtail, and it had to be replaced. We charged you cost of the pigtail, bulb and the labor. This last time you came in for squeaking noise and wanted us to check it out and that is when we discovered that you had filled the brake fluid all the way to the top with power steering fluid. You told us you had put power steering fluid in where the brake fluid goes. Also we noticed that the you now needed Brake pads, rotors, and full brake system flush all the way around, which was most likely caused from the power steering fluid that you had put in the instead of brake fluid. The whole brake system will have to be flushed, asap before more damage occurs (what happens if you put power steering fluid in your brake fluid. It will swell the seals and ruin the master cylinder, abs pump and the calipers. It may also ruin the rubber brake hoses). The car will also need the outer not inner tie rod ends which was not associated with the user error. ***************** has not given us a chance to work with her on this repair. She is not easy to deal with and she does not make it easy to communicate with her either. She is very hostile about everything, and has a poor attitude. She has not said what she can do on the repair, all she has said is she did not have the money and OK. It is very important that she has the brake system flushed before more damage occurs. Which will cost even more. We work with all of our customers and everything is charged at cost. We can not pay for her car to be fixed especially when it was user error that caused the whole issue. She just needs to let us know what she can do and so long as it is within reason we will work with her on the repair. She will have to pay for the repair especially when she is at fault for the most part. We did not sell the vehicle in that condition, she caused this whole issue by putting power steering fluid in the where the brake fluid goes. *****************, we are sorry that you feel the way that you do about this.
