This car has been at their shop three times. It was there almost three weeks right after purchase. The check engine light came on and it started making a loud noise. We purchased a warranty that was not honored and had to pay ******* for repairs. After they claimed it was repaired two days later it had to go back. They kept the car almost 30 days, and the check engine light is back on. 6/15/23. We picked it up today and was attacked because we stated the car was raggedy and we hope it wouldnt have to come back. Well on the way from the shop the engine light is back on. They need to take this mess back and give her a vehicle that will work properly! Because I was truthful we were cussed out by the mechanic. He tried to walk upon my son. This is unacceptable and just plain wrong!!!!Business response

We sold a 2017 ***** Trax to *************************** in June of 2022. The customer brought the car back with almost ****** miles added since the purchase and was having a problem. We do not own the warranty company or the shop that the customer is complaining about. But I reached out to the shop and was told that there was no proof of an oil change for over ****** miles. Because of this and the issue being related to dirty/sludge oil, the warranty company denied the claim. The claims against the shop and warranty company need to be taken up with them. They are not our companies.
