This all started 1-22-24. I went into Aspen Dental to get a new set of dentures made. Before anyone would even talk to me, I had to pay the complete bill up front, which they took that day. $2328 from me, and $2126 from my insurance company. After the tech took some impressions, he said it would be another 2 weeks before they would be ready for me to come back. After the 2 weeks, I again revisited. The set they had made for me, which were suppose to be THE BEST, or so I paid for, where huge. I couldn't even fit them in my mouth. The tech said he would have to shave them down, and come back next week to try again. The following week I did return, and they still didn't fit. They were also cutting into my gums. This is the forth set of dentures I have had made in my life, and this did not fit at all. And from shaving them down, they were paper thin, which the tech said would be fine. No. After 7 attemps to try to get a pair that fit, I gave up. They just got worse. When I asked for a refund, I got a big run around. Trying to get me to set up another appointment. I have already missed 8 days of work, and driving back and forth. I have talked to the local office twice about refunding me my money. She assures me her paperwork has been sent into the home office for a complete refund to me and my insurance. When I wrote a bad review on their website, I was given a customer help line number. I have talked to the twice, and they assure me that the district manager is now involved, and the matter will be taken care of. Well it's been a month, and have not heard back from anyone. I can not go anywhere else to try to get a new set of dentures made because I can not afford it. They have my money, and my insurance will not cover another set until they get reimbursed also. I believe I have given Aspen fair time to settle this matter and I am getting nowhere trying to handle this myself. very unprofessional..
