******, was who I was dealing with. Monday, I called and prepaid for a cremation of our 13 yr old animal. Saturday I called to see if they had picked her up Friday. ****** informed me that they do not update animal owners until ashes had been returned to the vets office not a customers home. I spoke with a woman on that ************ told me tht my dogs ashes would be returned to my home Sunday, and that they'd update me when they picked her body up from vets office. When I was speaking with ****** she informed me I was a liar, that she did not believe anyone had told me that they would update me on any animals transport or beginning or ending of cremation & that my babies ashes would have never been returned on a Sunday. She would NEVER BELIEVE that one of her employees had told me this over the phone that they had been in business 30 yrs and I was wrong! Also, that since my dog likely wasn't picked up Friday evening, that it would be Monday before they picked her body up!!! ******** IF MY DOG SITS IN A BOX FOUR DAYS WITHOUT REFRIGERATION WAITING TO BE CREMATED AFTER THE HUNDREDS I SPENT! Rude! I was not wrong & informed her that since she couldn't find my animals name on her pick up log, that if my baby was still in a box at the vets office that she **** well owed me full refund. She was not empathetic that I had just lost my bby, not apologetic for her sour puss attitude. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AT ALL!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE! She's arrogant and just straight out rude!! From the time she answered , " Dixie memorial, this is **** what do you need today?" I mean seriously, have some kind of care in your voice & especially some helpful answers not just meeting a customer with rude, interjections and a serious insult to calling me a liar as she didn't believe what I had just been told that week by HER EMPLOYEE. Take the "lies" up with your employee not your customer who just forked out hundreds of dollars for your s***** attitude & zero compassion or empathy.
