      All I can say is WOW! Indura Exteriors did a fantastic job on my roof, from the initial inspection from the product choice meeting to the installation. The Price, Product and Professionalism by this company is second to none. As a bonus , I had a client that needed a quick re-roof on a Shop Out building before they put their house up for sale and they were out in less than 48 hours and did the tear off and re-roof in 6 hours. Being a realtor for over 10 years in the Nashville area, it is imperative that we have vendors we can turn to. Fred and his staff are THE BEST! This is the only company I will reccomend!

      Indura Exteriors replaced the gutters and windows on my house. The job was done perfectly and cleaned up immediately after the job was finished. The Sales person was very knowledgable and the crew showed up on time and got right to work. I definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

      Well at first I thought I made the right decision. Then on install day I had a crew show up with a truck and trailer. There were 2 men awomen translator and a 2 year old baby. When I noticed the 2 year old it was because it was climbing on some other construction I had going on. I had to go out and tell them that was not acceptable. Then it was cut corner city. I asked my salesman that if there were any bad existing materials that needed to be replaced please take care of it and add it to the invoice. Well my vapor barrier was not damaged , there wasn't one, but if I hadn't stopped the 2 guys I would of had new shake siding right on wood. Then I had paid for all new material but they used oldparts as it was easier and that meant the vapor barrier wasn't behind it.Well when I called that night with pics my salesman did nothing to correct it . And when the came back the next day they continued installing but did not fix the problem. Then I complained again they tried but never did what was needed to make it right. I just had to say oh well that's what it is. Then a guy shows up to inspect, he was new but the best guy the company has. He was the only one that gave me real customer service. But he told me he was there to get all the extra material also. I explained to him I paid for it I didn't want it to go any where. And I asked my salesman to call me. I told him if they wanted to take the extra material I would need an itemized invoice to prove I didn't pay for it. He told me no he wasn't given me an itemized invoice and yelled he wasn't going to argue with me. So I took all the material left and put it in my garage and closed the door. He threatened me with owns etc. I asked again all I need is an itemized invoice yo show I didn't pay for it already. He again said not and treated me unlike any one I've hired should. So I'm closing the GM called me to try and smooth it over and told me by law they have to give an itemized invoice. So all this was for nothing.

To the first point, we do not employ children as this would violate several laws and not allow us to provide insurance protections to our crew or our clients at a job site. To the second point, we did discuss the installation of a vapor barrier for your project and that item was completed as a part of your project. To the third point, we sometimes deliver what are called shop materials to a job site just in case there is a measurement mistake or an error in a material cut. These items could include extra boards or other materials, and these materials are not charged to our client in the event of a mistake. However, those materials are owned by the company. The materials you have paid for can be found in the itemized scope of work in contract that is presented to you for review and signature prior to the start of any job. After you became calm, we were happy to resolve your concerns regarding your itemization by drawing your attention to the contract provided at the start of the job. Once again, we appreciate your business and your payment for the services provided.
