Bought a tiny house and picked up in May 2022. Parked and had immediate leaks in plumbing, wrong windows, which they came and replaced, and fixed leaks. It took three trips at least. Heat and air unit stopped working at four to six months, they replaced it, and then it stopped working again at about six months. They refused to replace. Hot water heater is not adequate for heating during cold months of a mild TN winter. Lights dont always come on when switched, and often dont go off when switched. Plumbing is leaking behind shower wall now, and often under kitchen sink as well. Pocket door had to be fixed as it broke within four months. The plumbing, heat/cool unit, electric, hot water, ALL need fixed. Last time I complained about hot water I was dismissed. It seems like a lemon of a tiny house, and cost close to $60,000. Dear *****, this is ****.
Firstly, Im very sorry youve had all these issues with this tiny home. And hope to get everything sorted for you.
I have just purchased the Company Modular Dwellings From a Nehemiah at the beginning of 2024. As I didnt contract your **** to you Im not sure of what the best action going forward is. Is the Tiny Home still livable ? Please let me know what actions could be set in place to make this work for you , as the previous owner is most like not going to be communicative.

We just received your BBB letter two days ago, so were unable to respond within the ten day window. The tiny house is being lived in, but not able to use the split unit for heat or air. It needs totally replaced and ALL lines re-checked to find out why two units have already failed. We were quoted over $6,000 just to replace the unit, and that didnt include tearing the internal wall off to check the lines. We also were quoted $5,000 plus to get hot water in the winter. We are unable to use shower or get any hot water in winter as the water heater isnt strong enough for the colder temps. Have had to bed bath my 91 yr old husband, and go use someone elses shower for myself.
just spent $1,400 to fix a leak in the shower so we could still use it in summer when the hot water tank is adequate.
electric continues to leave lights on when turned off, and now stovetop had started buzzing anytime the kitchen sink or bathroom sink is running water. We are elderly, on fixed income, and made it clear when we bought the house that we couldnt afford to fix anything thats gone wrong, and now water, electric, and heating/air, are either completely out, acting dangerous, or only working part-time. We would like $15,000, dollars returned to fix the three utility problems we have.
sSorry to be dealing with you instead of your brother, Nehemiah, but the house is still bad. Thanks
