My complaint is her professionalism.She gave us a quote on deep cleaning our house and we agreed to the price.She did not show up at the agreed upon time and she sent us a text saying that she had a migraine but would be there on the 11th.She arrived and began cleaning,but was unable to finish the job! She only was able to get two bedrooms and a bathroom and the stove cleaned in 7hrs of cleaning. She said that she would return the next day with another lady and finish the job.She arrived the next day with another lady and she picked up some cleaning supplies that she left the day before and she showed the lady what to do in the master bedroom and she said she needed something for one of her tools and they both left and never said anything else.A few minutes later I got up to see what was taking so long and they were gone.This was just after 12:15pm and we have not heard or seen them since and it is 5:10pm now.I will not recommend her to anyone.That was very unprofessional of her to do us that way.Our church recommended her.She left us with 3/4 of our house yet to be cleaned and my wife has not been able to do any cleaning or cooking in several years.It is up to me to cook and clean and do the yard work to and my health is not the best in the world.We thought that we had found someone to help but it seems that we are going to have to keep looking.

In regards to this complaint... Yes I gave them a quote but it was not for a deep clean of the whole house. I charge triple of what I was charging them for a deep clean of an entire house that size and I only quoted them $130! My help was out sick the day of the clean and I arrived on time to get started but once I was there they both started tacking on more and more work. We had agreed that I would clean the areas that Mr Blair couldn't get to or was unable to do but we did not agree on a deep clean of the entire home! And the house not being cleaned in over 2 years there was piles and piles of dog and cat hair on EVERYTHING including on the tops of the window curtains! The amount of dust was insane but I did my best to clean what they was asking. But near the end of the day they continued to tack on more things that fall under a deep cleaning and Mrs Blair wanted me to clean her poop off of the wall behind where she sits was the last straw. I asked for half of my money which was $65! For 7 hours work when I charge $20 and hour! So id say they got a pretty good deal for what I did get accomplished by myself that day. Housekeepers beware: don't let them fool you. They say one thing and want another for free.
