I took a automobile into the dealership on October 13, 2023 for the following: 1. Safety Recall 2. Replace Wiper Blades. 3. Clicking sound in Steering Column. The representative advised me of the issue with the steering column but failed to tell me the following: I was charged 3***** for Labor but in no way can that be documented as how long they actually took on the steering wheel versus the total visit. Secondly, they advised me of the Labor charge per hour AFTER they already had taken apart the column. I firmly believe they over charged me for the labor as I was at the dealership for only 2.5 hours yet the charge for labor is more than that. Also, the shop supplies charges for ****** is for What????? There is absolutely no advertisement at the dealer about any charges a customer may incur when having a automobile worked on.Business response
