              I called Jay and Josh Roofing and left a message that my roof was leaking Jay came out to my house and I showed him where it was leaking inside my house he told he he would caulk the roof and if it still leaked to call him again. Well it still leaked he came back out and fixed the ridge cap area the leaking stopped I hired a handyman to replace the wall area where the leak was when he took down the wall area it was moldy and the wood beams were saturated/wet I called Jay and josh roofing to tell them I had water damage inside the walls him and his wife came out took pictures Jay was very rude to my handyman and I he told me to send them an estimate so I did now they said they pulled my file and it’s only a one year warranty what I don’t understand is why they found that after they got the estimate when they were willing to fix the damage before they got the estimate I also have a saved voicemail telling me she will tell Jay the roof was still leaking

              Jay and Josh Roofing were simply the best! From the very first phone call to the completed project- they never missed a beat. They were here early everyday and cleaned up every night. Jay answered all my questions with a smile. The estimate was spot on, no extra fees! They were also MUCH cheaper than all my other estimates. We are thrilled with our new roof and with Jay and Josh Roofing!
