We, the homeowners *************************************** entered into a contractual agreement with ***** Enterprise on 11/28/2022 for a master closet addition off our master bedroom. To this date, we have paid this company a total amount of $36,900.55 of the $39,100.55 that was indicated as the total amount to be paid for this project. The contract indicates that the company would be responsible for paying all subcontractors from their business account. This has not been the case and we have had to pay additional money out of our pockets for subcontractors to complete their jobs. We have not had any workers from this company show up for work on this project in over 2 months. I had reached out to the *******, ***********************, several times via phone and text message with absolutely no response until October 4th, at which time **************** sent a text message indicating that he was in the process of compiling an update for our project. He never indicated what that update was and has not made any additional contact with us since that time. We have had to hire additional workers and a new construction company to complete this project which has cost us additional money on top of what we have already paid to T&P Enterprise. Construction was of poor quality and left unfinished. We have constantly been lied to and completely ignored. We have been without access to our master bedroom since this project started. We have endured frustrations and suffering due to the stress that this ordeal has brought. T&P Enterprise with specific emphasis on ******************************** has been very unprofessional and has shown many unethical business practices including the failure to fulfill contractual obligations. The amount of money requested as reimbursement will cover the costs of additional workers and contractors to repair work that this company has started as well as work that was left unfinished.
