Donna is simply amazing and incredibly considerate. We actually had some miscommunication that turned out to be a result of my misunderstanding. But Donna handled it like a champ, was incredibly professional, and even apologized if she’d made any mistakes. It also turns out she had solved my issue 3 days earlier via text. Haha. All that said, I just want to acknowledge Genesis Warranty and confirm that their BBB ratings are very accurate. They care about their customers and if I see their business name associated with any other products I purchase in the future, I will rest assured that the folks at Genesis Warranty will take real good care of me. About 8 months ago my new adjustable bed suddenly stopped working. The company I bought the bed from went belly up with little to no information for the consumer to get help. I decided to check the website one more time and they had provided Genesis Warranty as a source for parts. I was instantly drawn to this kind and friendly southern drawl on the other end of the phone. As a single woman, it was nice to have a knowledgeable woman help me. I wanted to be independent and fix it myself and Donna made that possible with her step by step help. She even asked for confirmation that it was working flawlessly. So wonderful to have things fixed without forking out big money for a new base for my mattress. I highly recommend Genesis Warranty and Donna as highly professional people to help you get the results you are desiring without the huge pricetag. Happy in Washington StateReview from Doris C

My husband's adjustable bed quit working. He is disabled and it was necessary to fix this asap. Warranty had expired but Donna to the rescue. I called Genesis and Donna was absolutely great in helping me. Motor was ordered, delivered and she walked me through the installation when I had a problem. My adjustable bed quit working and your guy Keith C******* returned my call. He was so nice and helpful. He had my bed fixed in a matter of minutes. He offered to stay on the phone with me while I tried what he told me to do. I used to own my own business before retiring and I know how nice it is to have good and helpful employees He has my vote for employee of the month. This is the first time I have written a business review and I am 84 with a bedbound wife of the same age. I called Genesis because my warranty had expired on my split queen size bed and neither side would go up. I spoke with Keith and he asked me a few questions and told me that he would research the bed and see if he could help me. A short time later he called and told me that he would like to see the bed, but there was a service charge. I agreed to the service charge and he came over. While waiting for him I removed the frame on the bed so he could access the electronics. Keith told me that usually my problem was associated with the control box and that cost several hundred dollar which in my case meant for 2 beds. Keith then tested both beds and got them working and only charged me the service charge. I am grateful to meet an honest and professional service man as in the past because of my age many have tried to swindle me. I would highly recommend Keith if they are looking for an honest and professional person.Review from Vern D

I have repeatedly tried to contact this company, leaving 5 voicemails in a 2 week period. Then, I tried to email them with my concerns regarding parts needed. I have still not received a call back to have a chance to explain my problem, though it was detailed in my email. I am beginning to wonder if this is actually a business? I called the Mt. Juliet Chamber of Commerce this morning to inquire if they were listed and was politely told that they did not recognize the name, but did find the phone number online! While I patiently await a return call, my 84 year old friend with sleep apnea has not been able to sleep in his bed or in a chair for over 3 weeks. I acknowledge that they won't ship to Canada, but I have family in the US that are more than willing to have the parts shipped to their address.Review from Amy F

I generally don’t write reviews, good or bad. But let me just say Keith was fabulous. He is excellent at customer service, very knowledgeable and was able to fix my bed within minutes. If you are looking for a TRUSTWORTHY company to deal with look no further. Genesis Warranty Solutions is the place to call. I also want add that I asked how much I owed for the service call. He said “nothing, we are in the business of helping people too” he could’ve easily sold me a new box or even a motor because I was convinced that I had fried mine but he didn’t. He simply helped me through my problem, and was very nice about it. We need more Keith’s in the world! Thank you Keith for helping me . *** *Review from douglas g

I am taking the time to compose this review because I am in total amazement of the customer service that was extended to me. The person that I directly have been in communication with - Keith C******* - is over the top. I had a situation with my 92 year old mother's power bed that was inoperable. During the process, my mother had another heart attack and it is imperative that she sleep in an elevated position. When I reached out to Keith in panic late in the day, he had parts invoiced and shipped before I made payment to make sure we had our parts to get this bed fixed. You don't know how much this means to me - there are so few companies with this type of customer service. My family's heartfelt appreciate goes out to all at Genesis Warranty Solutions. I just spoke to a woman at your firm, and she insulted me during our conversation. She first informed me that you don't handle warranties for Genesis beds. So my simple question was: "if you don't handle warranties, why is your website called 'Genesis Warranty Solutions'. She immediately told me, in a nasty voice, that that was a stupid question. I don't know what set her off, but before the call was over I called her stupid. For that, I apologize, but there was no reason for that woman to take that tone with me. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
