  I purchased a ****** scooter. He called me out even the next day to fill out paperwork. After the purchase, he asked for the scooter back because he couldn't get the title???? I didn't get my money back. He is trying give me a lesser valued Chinese scooter when I have told him I didn't want anything Chinese. He has refused to give me my money back or use the money to purchase the type of bike I asked to purchase. I want my money back.

  Tell At 68 for over 41 years I average 80 to over 100 hours a week Steadfast Owning Managing A1 Fun Cycles Helping Working Tireslessly my Hundreds Of thousands costumers over the years with Focus on The Best Possible Experience & Satisfaction, But it's a 2 way street As it Must Be Repectivly Good For All to continue forward. I have sold Charity 5 A 1 Funcycles, with the 3rd being a ****** 125 scooter that had a faded backside Florida title that needed a replacement or surety bond process that during the Covid shut downs slowed an Already *********** systems & procedures in 2020, 2021, while moving forward to complete, it was disclosed to Charity offering to wait for the process to be completed But during this time Charity was asked if she had a motorcycle License being required for the 125 size scooter Which She Stated NO, I then offered her another 7 year Newer 50cc better condtion Scooter, # 4 for Even trade that didn't require MC endosement that ran Good AS IT Should, Which she Gladly Accepted. Though Briefing Her while Not driving scooter weekly THAT SHE MUST Keep scooter started & warmed up weekly to burn excess fuel sitting in carb to AVOID Gradual Gum up of excess float gas drying with mixed dust that turns into a gummy syrup & Plaques up Resricking fuel flow For proper combustion. All was good while She bought # 5 A 1 Fun Cycle for her son. Then when He went back to school, Without her riding ************* stopped following the Must Needed weekly start & warmups causing the scooter to slip into Disservice Unable to operate FROM NOT Having Fuel System Drained Emptied OR Burned thru Carb for storage Beyond 15 days or longer, Which Runs & Drains Battery Down When Trying to start the engine as it Ingest Plaque into carb Making it worse starving for fuel Which requires a 2 + Hour Re Service & if Put Off Too Long requires New Carb & fuel filter replacement, Charity *** Put Herself through this time & time again Allowing the scooter to be Unattended, bringing the scoouter back for our help & only paying a small fraction of normal fees & Nothing the last time & Without Costly Storage Fees. Though She Abandoned it Approx a year ago We Have Offered to help Advising Her to spend $1000 more + tax + (her trade in WITHOUT Storage fee$ But will need A New Carb & Re$ervicing Cost ) attention from going stale From sitting too long. She Needs to Accept But Refuses to trade in & buy OR Commit To Buy & Put In LayAway a newer MUCH More Reliable Less Maintenace fuel injected A 1 Fun Cycle Much Bigger Bike But Will Require her Acquring a Motorcycle Endorsement, I Have Humbly Helped ********************** Yet I feel Like a Pin Pricked Cushion ESPECIALLY Her Demanding Abusive UnRealistic Attitude To The Point Of Showing Up At my *********************** Hours After Closing & longer after being Asked to Leave Trying to Harass Me Into Free Services & Upgrades Without Taking Responsibility For Inproper UpKeep She's Allowed to fall into disrepair. Her Sons Bike *** Done Better Being Started driven & run more As It Should. As for My self I Also As others Must Practice General Up Keep Maintinance While ***************** Or DissRepair Will Also Occur. Being an Areospace & Technical Engineered Schooled & trained + Retired U S AIR Force TN AIR GUARD Senior Air Wing Pilot I Pride Myself To Always Advise & Offer Our Costumers The Safest Easy to Operate Best Options for Their Dollar Value Possible. We Can Lead Those Who Are Thirsty To The WELL, But WE Can't Make Them Drink. Im' In Buisness To Help & By Doing So Is How My A 1 Fun Cycles Continues To Thrive & Flourish With Tens Of Thousands New, Repeat & Referred Good ***** Costumers.
