    I placed an order with this company quite some time ago (06-22-2020) and I have not received most of the items. At first they have had issues with shipping of imported items because of covid which is understandable, but within the last few months I spoke to the company and they started to receive imports again. I have called them several times within the last 6 months and it seems that they wish to help, they state that they are going to call me back every single time. Unfortunately I have not received a single phone call from them and I am still without the items I've ordered. I have tired of waiting almost two years for the items that I already have paid for in full and just wish for a refund. I have every email, receipt and document. I also have voice recordings of the last conversations with the company incase you may require them just ask. I have attached all other easily transferable documents.

    I ordered a Hohner Amica Forte 72 bass from Playmusic 123 for $2,500 in October 2021. Within 90 days the accordion was wheezing so I sent it in to KHS for repair under warranty. The issue was never resolved and play music 123 then asked for the accordion. Playmusic 123 tested the accordion, found it to have no issues and sent the accordion back to KHS America. The initial purchase was made through ******* who doesn’t keep online records of purchases past 90 days, and Play Music 123 is claiming the can not refund the money. I have over 100 emails between KHS, ******* and playmusic 123 trying to rectify the issue. Ultimately they have had the accordion for 14 months and the $2,500 dollars for 16 months without offering a way to rectify the situation.

    Thank you for contacting us. I am sorry you are dealing with this situatiion. I have a few follow up questions for better understanding. 1. Did you receive the accordion back from Hohner after warranty service and then send it to Playmusic 123 after that? 2. If Playmusic 123 found no issues with the accordion, why did they return it to Hohner? 2. Do you have documentation showing that Playmusic 123 sent the accordion back to Hohner? Any tracking information? Please respond and I will get back to you.
