  Munford tire, acting as AAA's agent provided me with a vehicle tow. When Munford Tire released my vehicle (**** **** f150 classic) from Munford's tow truck, my vehicle was sent (due to the force of gravity, and the extreme angle of the hill) down a very steep hill and crashed into a county creek bed. *** impact twisted my truck's frame and busted the heater core, et al. *** inspection stopped there, as it was clear the vehicle was not repairable. My insurance company, USAA, paid me MINUS my deductible, $250.00, munford has refused to pay me the $250.00, thus I'm out the value of my vehicle, due to munford's damage!

  Munford Tire is not liable for the damage done to this vehicle. We unloaded the vehicle where our driver was instructed to unload, secured that it was in park and spoke with the customer before leaving. It was after we left the scene that the vehicle rolled down the hill due to the gears not working properly. The damage that was done to the vehicle was not from rolling down the hill. We also offered the customer a free alignment with free vehicle inspection, and he refused. The customer then filed a complaint with Triple A. After completion of the investigation, Triple A discovered we were not at fault for this accident.

  The response from Mumford tire is filled with100% falsehoods! In fact, **** investigated and is now litigating with *** to pay for the damages!!! The truck rolled off the hill, as soon as it was "unhooked" by the *** tow truck driver, and I must add, with numerous witnesses, along with CCTV footage. ******* tire was extremely rude to me, as well as the **** adjuster that contacted them. These guys are a piece of work.
