      On 9/16/22 At about 5:30 am, I rushed my young cat to BluePearl Vet Partners in ************ **. Unfortunately before I arrived she died in my arms. As I brought her in they confirmed she had already passed. I asked them to call **************************************, to give her a basic private cremation and return her ashes to me. BluePearl immediately billed me $421.50. In my grief and shock of losing my fur baby I paid with my credit card, not realizing it was not an itemized bill, of what the charges included.Later that week I called Faithful Friends and spoke to the owner, about their charges for their services, based on the $215.00, charged from Faithful Friends that leaves $212.50 from BluePearl for their services. I then called BluePearl @ ************ on 10/05/22 and talked to ****, questioning what exactly I was billed for on their end? His response to me was, The billing is correct and at that time I requested an itemized bill, all I got in the mail was a copy of the original invoice I had received on 9/16/22 on the night in question. Now what did BluePearl do make their portion of the bill, come to the exuberant amount? I feel BluePearl in ************ is taking advantage of people when they are in shock and grieving, during an emergency time. Their over billing is unethical, charging a deceptive amount. Any help is appreciated in getting answers and resolution to this matter.

      Foremost, we offer our deepest condolences to our client for the loss of their beloved pet. Our local and regional leadership teams evaluated the concerns brought to our attention and determined the final charges provided to the client and paid at the time of their visit are accurate. We therefore support the associated costs and are unable to issue any refund. Respectfully, the ************ team.

      ************************ still has not shown what the charges are that they say they provided.  Faithful Friends did do the cremation (charge from them of $215 but were not told by ************************ that I requested a basic cremation cost $150. So because I got the upgraded cremation package subtracting the $215 service from Faithful Friends leaves $215.50 for ************************ services which I am questioning, WHAT DID THEY DO FOR SERVICE?  Statement only says "Cremation Private 00-30lbs.
