      I went to the back space of ***** for a chiropractic adjustment. They spoke with me regarding a membership service they have, which I declined multiple times. I made them aware I travel for work so a membership would not be beneficial for me. I paid for one appointment and had one appointment. I received an email regarding a balance some time later and emailed the company regarding this. The company representative apologized and stated it was an error and that it had been corrected. Not even a month later I was charged $65 which I did not authorize. I contacted the company again. I was given a refund and told I should not have any issues anymore. I am now receiving emails again regarding an outstanding balance when I never agreed to anything more than one appointment.

      i as charged $65.00 on january 3,2021 for 4 visits ..the doc said com back the 5 wich was three days later to get another adjustment when i go there they was open? so i went back the next day the wasnt open.. and i went back the next week the receptionist was there but doc wasnt .. she said that she would be back the rest of that week.. so i stop in the day she said the doc was going to be there and she was not. so i was in walmart to pick up a few things and the receptionist was there but doctor wasnt again at this time i ask for my money back .and she ask me my name an stuff and she said that it would go back o my debit card wich was another lie! i havent got my refund yet .so about a mounth later i was in walmart and there was a ladie at the desk over there and i ask her for a refund and she got my info and said someone that does the accounts will get in touch with me to give me refund guest what another lie!!!!!!!!!!
