I purchased a $15-day pass with the understanding that I could seamlessly transition into a membership, and the initial $15-day pass would serve as my first month. To add to the frustration, the manager, who assured me that I could cancel at any time, has now left me in a situation where I discovered I am locked into a two-year contract, despite not having used the gym facilities for the past 3 months. This discrepancy in information is not only ethically wrong but also places an undue financial burden on a college student like myself, who has tuition to cover. I strongly urge you to rectify this situation promptly by allowing me to cancel the contract without any penalties or fees. Such practices not only tarnish the reputation of Olympus Athletic Club but also raise serious ethical concerns about customer relations.I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and expect a prompt resolution.
