I ordered products from this company on 3/22. Order was not processed. I Sent him a message on 3/27. He apologized and I was told the order would ship right away. I got an email confirmation that a shipping label had been created- but the items never shipped. By 4/1 I called and got a full voicemail and no answer. He returned my missed call. He apologized again and said he would "circle back" and call me back. I have not heard from him since. I would just like a refund. I have sent multiple messages since then, a text and an email since our ***** on 4/1. No response. I spent $****** with his company. I hate to do this, but I just don't know how else to resolve this.Business response
