Chet, also threatened me with death!! He said, you will guaranteed DIE, because of this, and your death will be your fault!! You Will Die! And, your death will be on your hands! I have been having nightmares over this, I have been talking to my psychiatrist about it. I am about to speak to my attorney concerning this. Chet, did not want to hear any of the other problems I was experiencing with the office. I finally walked out, so I would not have to endure anymore abuse, and mental anguish from Chet. Over the years there, I’ve never seen Dr. But once, and never have since, never have seen the same Dr. Twice in a row, or even tech! 2 expensive machines purchased, 2 expensive sleep studies, tons of tubing, mask etc All with many problems etc! They have a total callous disregard for the ******** recall situation for which they profited from. If you want to be treated rudely, coldly, harshly, and abused, then look no further.
