      Sold me a 20202 ***** Colorado for almost 30 thousand dollars just for it to have issues as soon as I purchase it. I have had the vehicle for about 9 months and it has been in there shop for 5 of those months. Why sell a vehicle knowing it has problems.

      READ THIS BEFORE BUYING A Chevy CPO WITH LIFETIME WARRANTY FROM THIS DEALER! If I could give negative stars, then I would happily do so. This dealer has been a nightmare to work with every step of the way no matter what repair is needed. The tout a "lifetime warranty on the drivetrain and powertrain" on all of their Chevy, but as soon as you bring it in for anything related to that warranty they make it as difficult as possible to make the repair. My truck has currently been sitting at the dealer for over 3 weeks (no loaner vehicle provided) and they have told me that it will still be there for more than a week longer. When you bring your car in for warranty covered repairs, they put you to the back of the line behind everyone else and are extremely lackadaisical with actually completing the repair. This is also the 2nd time that this has happened. My truck has been stuck at this dealer for 3+ weeks a time before as well. You have to blow up their phones just to get someone to answer your call and then once you do speak with someone, they won't even answer your question directly. They repeatedly will just deflect and not directly answer the question. This dealer will lie to you every step of the way and never tell you the truth. If management wants to discuss this with me, I will happily speak with them over the phone about it.

      This dealership held on to my truck for a month, stringing me along about transmission and other repairs, and being uncommunicative the whole time. Because of their lack of professionalism, I missed spending the holidays with my family and got stuck at home by myself instead. I wish I wasn't limited to the word count on this platform because I have one very long horror story to tell about dealing with these people for the last month. They ignored me, lied to me, tried to gouge me, gaslit and condescended to me, and made my life a living **** for the last month. Even the other GM dealers in the middle Tennessee area couldn't believe what I was going through with the Murfreesboro dealership when I contacted them to make inquiries and comparisons. The Murfreesboro dealership staff have proven themselves to be dishonest, incompetent, and completely unconcerned about customer service. They lie, they gouge, and everything about them says that they have no regard for customers. Despite living in Murfreesboro, I will be driving up to an hour away from now on for my oil changes and other maintenance items at other dealerships. I suggest you save yourself a lot of money and a lot of grief and go absolutely anywhere else besides this dealership to purchase a vehicle and/or pay for service.       Don’t buy used cars from this ****** dealer. I bought a GMC YUKON XL 2021 car last month4/29, put warranty on it for four years. I called warranty company to order extra key, they denied the claim because dealer sent them a contract that I got a certified car with two keys which is not true. They gave me only one key. They have passenger side mirror scratched, they said didn’t see it, they will order a new one comes white and I have to pay for the black paint. I canceled the warranty and waiting my $4000 for two months now. went there, cancelled the warranty and they said money will go back to bank in 6 weeks. they scheduled time to program the second key which they didn't give me. they denied that they said they will fix mirror or any scratch because they sold it as is and I signed a form for them that they Owe me nothing.

      DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE OR WARRANTY FROM THIS DEALER!!! Visit #1: Chase (salesman) shows us the inventory and we decide to purchase a 2016 Cadillac Escalade with lifetime powertrain warranty and purchased an additional bumper to bumper warranty. Vehicle was missing a key fob and the visor light was broken. Once the vehicle was purchased we were told in order to get those issues resolved we would have to go through the insurance and pay the deductible. Visit #2: My wife left a 1 star review and then they felt compelled to provide a second key fob so we went in to pick it up. Visit #3: Went in for an oil change which took 4 HOURS!!! After 4 hours we received our car back and they did not charge us because of how long it took. Upon leaving we noticed our coin and bill ziplock bag was empty. We keep a random amount of coins but an exact $200 in bills at all times for emergencies (gas/food). The coins were at the bottom of the center console and at the bills were all missing. We did not bring this up because we knew they would obviously just deny it. Visit #4: We took it in for a coolant leak, malfunctioning sideboard and the visor they originally were supposed to replace. We have bumper to bumper warranty so no need to worry right? WRONG!!! Almost $600 later we receive our car back (which they kept for two whole weeks!) now with a rough idle which was not there when we dropped it off, the sideboard still malfunctioning, the visor not covered under bumper to bumper warranty and physical damage to the front bumper! It took two weeks to repair half of the issues and returned it with new issues. Visit #5: We take it in soon after now for the rough idle the damage they caused to the bumper and the still malfunctioning sideboard. Jeff (service manager) contacts me to let me know that the tech found nothing wrong with my idle (the rpm’s are erratic on the dash and you can feel it btw) Also he mentioned nothing about the damage.

      Some of their vehicles are marked up $20k over sticker. Price gouging at its finest. To call yourself a reputable dealership you wouldn’t do a $20k markup. Pure greed.

      I originally changed my battery incorrectly which caused the radio fuse to blow. I did not know it was a fuse so I took my car to CHevrolet - Buick -GMC - Cadillac of Murfreesboro.

      I told them to please review the radio not working and the brake sensors because the brake sensors were not working either.

      They told my the radio is broken and would need replaced, they charged me 125.00 to diagnose the radio.

      When I drove the car out of the parking lot I noticed one of the brake sensors was still not working, so I took the car back and asked them what they actually did.

      I left once again and drove to ********* and the ********* technician told me the radio fuse was blow and he replaced it for $5.00.

      When Chevrolet - Buick - GMC - Cadillac of Murfressboro checked my radio and told me it was broke and I would need a new radio they quoted me $800.00 for the new radio; they charged me 125.00 to tell me my radio was broke without ever checking the fuse box.

      It's border line criminal or extremely incompetent not to check the fuse box first; I don't think the company actually did the diagnostic because if they did they would have discovered the fuse; I think they stole from me because they are experts and any expert would have checked the fuse box first, this is very basic troubleshooting.

      I went back to them after ********* replaced the fuse and showed them my radio now works; I am requesting a refund on all work because I don't trust they performed honest work; based on the radio diagnostic I believe they perform very poor workmanship and charge very high prices. I will never take my car here again.

      Was traveling through Murphysboro going on vacation the fan blade broke put a hole through my radiator and it towed to the shop for it to be fixed they unhooked the transmission coolant lines when they replace the radiator and did not put transmission fluid back in my car and my transmission burn up and now they do not want to replace it you should do the right thing and fix my car it was your fault nowhere on my bill was a charge for transmission fluid you think when you take your car to a dealership to get fixed you'll get premium service and premium care I understand people forget stuff you forgot to put transmission fluid back in my car and it was a quart low I just had the car serviced before we left so I need my transmission put in my car and the labor paid

      The vehicle in question is a 2009 ******** CTS. It came to us on 6/14/22 with 157,029 miles on it for a shifting issue.
      We diagnosed and replaced the manual shift shaft position switch. To replace this switch it is not necessary to disassemble the transmission. The vehicle returned on 7/7/22 with 157,404 miles on it because it would not move. We agreed to diagnose the issue and not charge the customer for diagnosis. We found where the main shaft of the transmission goes into the transfer case the gears had come apart. This is due to age and wear and tear. It is impossible that replacing a shift shaft position switch would cause gears to come apart inside the transmission.

      lol that's not even the right car my car is the 08 Malibu that you changed the radiator in then did not put transmission fluid back in when you took out the transmission cooler and my transmission burnt up

      an't believe I'm having to be THAT person- but I've not been done this wrong since our rzr incident a few years back. Beginning of Feb we took my car in for a routine oil change during the service it was damaged by one of their employees (>CARELESSNESS<) is what it amounts to my friends. Anyway it needed a trip to the body shop to be fixed. Finally got my car in for an ESTIMATE Feb 21st (3 hour trip out of my day) *while it was getting an estimate it had a scratch on the bumper we figured we might as well get that done and just pay out of pocket for it.* Couldn't get my car in to be fixed until APRIL 5th 👀👀 SO the manager sent me a message and said with all of my inconvenience they would fix the bumper for me. Took it April 5th & April 7th I get a text from him saying it would be 2k to fix it.... Am I the only one that thinks this is not right? We have talked to the dealership and gmc and they are just giving us the run around meanwhile my car is back at the dealership which tells me they told the body shop to forget about the bumper. I'm at a loss for words. How unprofessional...

      Mrs. ****** vehicle was damaged in our car wash. It also has a scratch and a clear coat issue that were not caused by us.
      We did say that for the inconvenience if the scratch could be buffed out we would take care of it. At it turned out the estimate to fix the bumper is $2,000. We never agreed to that. After having the damage caused by our car wash repaired which we paid for I had a long conversation with Mrs.******* I apologized if there was miscommunication on our part. We also filled the vehicle full of fuel and delivered it to her.
      Again, we never agreed to spend $2,000 on body work that was not caused by us.

      Absolutely not a miscommunication, it took them over 2 months to fix the damage their car washed caused- so I recieved a text message from them and I quote
      "I sincerely apologize for the time frame, I just heard from the owner of the body shop. They set up an appointment to fix your vehicle on the 5th of April. I'm am also going to take care of the scratch on the bumper for you since this has been an awful experience with the body shop getting back to me. Let me know if April 5th works for you. Thanks.

      Not sure how that is a miscommunication. I never asked them to fix the clear coat- only the scratch on the bumper that was promised for my patience.

      IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD. I BROUGHT MY CARE IN, NEEDING A TIRE REPLACED. I HAD PURCHASED THE TIRE & WHEEL REPLACEMENT POLICY WHEN I HAD PURCHASED MY CAR AS WELL. I EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT ANOTHER TIRE SHOP TOLD ME THE TIRE WAS NOT REPAIRABLE AND WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. THEY CLAIM TO HAVE PATCHED IT, AFTER WAITING THERE FOR OVER 2 HOURS. THE NEXT MORNING, MY TIRE WAS FLAT. I CALLED THEM IMMEDIATELY AND SPOKE TO RON AND VOICED MY ABSOLUTELY REASONABLE CONCERNS. IM CONVINCED THEY DID NOTHING TO THE TIRE AND JUST WROTE DOWN THEY PATCHED IT. RON DID NOT LIKE MY VERY REASONABLE ATTITUDE AND DECIDED HE WOULD NOT HELP ME AND TOLD ME TO TAKE MY CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE. WHAT A DEPLORABLE COMPANY WITH EVEN MORE DEPLORABLE WORKERS! I PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR A TIRE REPLACEMENT POLICY SO DO YOUR **** JOB AND REPLACE MY **** TIRE!

      We take these reviews very seriously along with customer satisfaction. The vehicle (a 2017 *******) and warranty were both purchased from another dealership. Unfortunately, the aftermarket tire warranty was with a company that we don't do business with and therefore have no recourse in trying to get them to honor the policy. Had either the vehicle or the warranty you speak of been purchased from us we would have certainly had more leeway in trying to get it covered. We apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused. We would suggest contacting the dealership or warranty company directly to see if there is a resolution.

      THE LIES ARE HILARIOUS - THE WARRANTY POLICY WAS PURCHASED FROM THE BUICK DEALERSHIP THE CAR WAS PURCHASED AT IN NEW YORK AND IS ACCEPTED AT ANY BUICK DEALERSHIP! I CALLED BEFORE BRINGING IN MY CAR AND VERIFIED THAT THE WARRANTY WAS ACCEPTED AND WOULD BE HONORED AT THE MURFREESBORO LOCATION. IT IS HILARIOUS THAT NOW YOU ARE SAYING YOU DON'T ACCEPT A WARRANTY THAT WAS PURCHASED FROM A BUICK DEALERSHIP AND WAS VERIFIED TO HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED AT YOU LOCATION.
