      Salesmen that are inattentive to stated "deal breakers", who then turn around and spin tales to their managers that a vehicle's differing amenities were discussed and agreed upon (when neither happened). Sales managers who couldn't be bothered to attempt actually remedying the issue and/or ghost the customer after saying they would "see what cpuld be done". And and assistant manager who can't be bothered to sound even remotely concerned by the story of this treatment. 3 hard credit inquiries that are now pointless, too much time talking around in circles with false stories and 'reassurances' that the sales manager would try to figure a way to work with us (to then be met with radio silence), a car that has the one feature that was deemed a deal breaker for a new car (much less used, which is what we 'settled for' with the understanding that our salesman wouldn't sell us an unwanted keyed start), and being upsidedown to the tune of $16,000 - we're taking our now-trade-in to Cool Springs for QUALITY service. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

      i am confused as to what the complaint is for. The last purchase for **** ******** was in 2018.

      Which is further concerning, since my previous purchase before June 4 2024 was in 2016 -not 2018. It's alright though, we took the vehicle we were sold via poor business tactics and got sorted out and treated far better at ****** ** **** *******. Lessons were learned, and we know where to send friends and family from here out.

      Unorganized. Refused to allow me to pay off my lease at their business/- said it would cost them money for me to adhere to the signed agreement. I had to go to Nashville to another Toyota dealership. They gladly adhered to their part of the signed agreement. This same owner also owns **** of Murfreesboro. I had a similar instance with their leasing process as well. I would advise driving elsewhere to purchase a vehicle from said brands.

      My daughter called Toyota of Murfreesboro about purchasing a new key fob for her 2013 Toyota Corolla and was told that it was going to cost her $200 for the new key, which would include programming it. When she arrived for her appointment, she was told that they couldn't do it because they didn't have the part and had to order it. This caused her inconvenience as she had to take time off of work to show up for said appointment. The next appointment, her fiancé arrived for a supposed 45 minute job but was told it was going to take them 2 hours. He also, had to reschedule his appointments. When he went to check out, he was told it was now going to be over $400 dollars for the fob. This is unacceptable. They falsely told her one price and then raised the price without revealing this. I would like them to honor the aforementioned price and have their associates learn to be honest in communicating with their customers.
