We have been dealing with *** since November of 2021 and it has been a complete nightmare. We have paid them over $12,000 to overhaul our pool. We keep getting excuse after excuse on why work isn't finished. It takes weeks to get a response from them and they have have another excuse every time. For example, they were out of town and didn't have cell phone service. Last I checked it's 2022 and everywhere has cell service. Plus you are a business. Stay in contact with the customers who are funding these trips for you. Also, messages go into junk or spam folders. That seems to be the go to excuse for the past few months. We ordered equipment from them also at a year ago to find out it's out of stock. A quick ****** search later I found the equipment and had it next day. They now owe me a refund of over $1,000 and I can't even get a response from them. They also owe me a pool cover that I have been waiting on since November. They can't provide any information at all. I probably could I sewed one together myself at this rate. My wife and I bought this house with a pool to enjoy with our friends and family, however, working with this terrible company has made me regret my decision. Please stay away from this joke of a company. Go with a more reputable company that won't lie and ignore you. Their motto is "Christ is our Cornerstone". I wonder how he feels about this mistreatment and lack of customer service. It's pathetic.Initial Complaint

Jan 2, 2021 we paid Cornerstone Pools $****** for a pool install. They stated (which we have documented) that if we paid in full, removed our current pool and deck that they would put us next on schedule for May 2021. ******** the owner stated that we do not need to tell anyone that it was between us. Which again we have in texts. We have tried numerous times to get them to come out and do our install. Only half of our pool supplies were delivered. **** came out twice after we decided to move the pool. The he stated we needed to get rid of one of our garages because it was in the way. Which we did that also. Already after tearing down our pool and deck. That was October 2021. After trying numerous times to get them out to start he finally came one day in April 2022 and started digging a hole. He hit rock which we expected. So we numerous times again have offered to provide a hammer to go through the rock in which **** refused. So we then said ok fine, set up the rental your way and come out... It's now July 14,2022 and we still just have a huge hole in our back yard. We have also found that there are at least 10 other people and counting they are doing this to. Some paid in 2020 and still no pool... EVERYONE BEWARE!!! DO NOT PAY CORNERSTNE POOLS TO INSTALL YOUR POOL. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT DO THE POOL!! Now we are out $****** with a huge hole in our yard for months!
