Cornerstone has taken large amounts of money from us and promised services. They have not started the pool and it has been 2 years since we signed the contract. When we had our lawyer contact them, they stated that they were not planning to start anytime soon. They had been telling us for 2 years that they were going to start after they finished up 2 pools! They have done this to many many people. They have taken large amounts of money from people and not completed any services. They are not truthful or trustworthy. Do not given them your business. They have taken 2 years of our life and we still do not have a pool and have lost lots of money.Review from Terresia D

I wish there had been a review on this company before I contacted them in 2020. I selected them to install my pool based off the values and service they sold to me when they quoted the job. It was all lies! I am still waiting for them to deliver items that are owed to me and a refund for items that were paid for and never received. They will not answer emails, text, or calls. I have personally spoke with several other Cornerstone customers that are in the same situation as we are. If your goal is to have a pool and not be lied to or conned by a company, don't use these people. Your money and dreams of having a pool will all be out the window.Review from Emma G

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY. Company is an LLC but does not indicate it on their contracts. Rutherford County TN Pool Company. They have breached their contract; potentially 20+ clients waiting. They will not provide any refund for your deposit, upgraded pool liner, or any other services promised but not rendered and will take tens of thousands of your dollars to order a "pool kit" which when received, is not complete. After they cash your checks, they will not answer your texts or phone calls and tell you that you are next in line to be started. I have been waiting over 15 months for them to start my pool. I had to request to be released from their contract after repeated broken commitments--was supposed to start my pool Oct/Nov 2021 then said March 2022 after cashing my checks Feb 2021 & July 2021. They did not sign release; I had to pay lawyer to ensure I was released. STILL WAITING FOR $10,000-$12,000 REFUND for services promised but not rendered & overcharges.
