            the contractor gave me an estimate for $****. He asked for $*** down payment. the contractor dropped off less than half the material with a promise to deliver the remaining parts the following business day. so i gave him the full $*** down payment. We agreed due to the rain to start the project the following Friday. he never showed. We agreed Saturday, no show i tracked him down on ******** and used a different name and he resounded. he apologized and promised to be on site Monday at ***. never showed. i contacted him again through ******** and he said he is not coming and i am not getting my money back. When i confronted him he in adventantly admitted that all the contractors data he submitted at the time of the estimate is fake. The address, insurance and list of materials.
