      It was advertised that I won a contest that was being offered by ruck nutrition. I was originally entered into the contest because of a purchase that I made during the entry period. I received one shipment of the product as a result of winning the advertised contest but was not offered the in person training session or the remaining product to cover the year's supply. This contest win was advertised widely on Instagram by the company and I like the products that the company offers. I would like for them to make good on the promise of the year's supply of the nutritional supplement at minimum. I have tried calling the 800 number on Ruck's website, but consistently get voicemail and not an option to discuss my situation with anyone to allow them to resolve my issues for me.

The number on the website now should work for any future contact and we do respond via social media as well. After looking through our records of winners for the giveaway, we found that the giveaway the customer was referring to was actually only a one time giveaway. Not the year supply. We are sorry for any confusion and misleading information and would love to make this right. We are willing to send another package in hopes to regain your trust and appreciate your loyalty to the brand. Now if a rep from the company made a mistake that's one thing but I know what I entered and I know what the terms of the contest was. I will no longer buy anything from the company as I do not like when people don't tell the truth and they make me feel like I am not being truthful and that I can't read. Thanks for the response, but not accepting the outcome. It's too bad as I try to support small businesses, but that respect goes both ways. Thanks
