We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication and any inconvenience you experienced during our service. We understand your frustration and reached out to try to clarify and make things right. We were very surprised to receive this review especially since we had the privilege of providing a complimentary roof repair for you in the past which is why you had called us for work again, reflecting our dedication to exceptional customer service. It's essential to us that our customers receive the best possible care.
Our team should have done a better job in terms of communication. When Ali arrived, he believed you were already aware of his visit for the roof inspection due to our prior discussion. His limited English proficiency contributed to the misunderstanding, and we regret any confusion it may have caused.
After evaluating your roof, we provided two options for your consideration: a $750 repair or a $250 tarp. Our pricing is competitive within the industry, and we understand that customers may choose alternatives based on their preferences and budgets.
Regarding the removal of the damaged shingles, it was not intended as fraud. We simply took the initiative to remove shingles that were already torn off by the wind, which we believed would benefit you and we shared pictures with you as evidence.
We respect your decision to go with another roofing company and did not pressure you and left as per your request. I understand your disappointment, but I want to clarify that we have always maintained a commitment to providing quality service.
Your mention of potential fraud is particularly distressing, as we have always upheld ethical practices. We take such accusations seriously and appreciate your consideration of the context.
