Ordered a safe at their Murfreesboro ** business location, in their show room, with ******************************* on April 12th 2022. Paid $3,191.06 by bank draft cashiers check for a safe with Sales Order # SO10890. Called **** several times over the past 8 months to check on status of safe. I was told the parent company had issues with drivers and logistics causing longer than expected delivery delays. Last spoke with **** by phone late October and was told to check back mid November, when I did so I was unable to reach anyone. I searched the web for info only to find out they and their parent company had closed their doors. The ************** info as printed on my invoice is *********************** DBA Spartan Safe *********************************************************************************. I have received no product or delivery from this business to date and I have been unable to speak with anyone about a refund for the undelivered safe. I would like to have my money refunded in full.
