We contacted *************** of Garage Pros and Infocus Technologies to fix our garage. He missed multiple appts but finally showed up. He told us what needed to be fixed and my husband paid him to go get the springs to fix the door. He never returned. He rescheduled multiples times and finally changed his number.Initial Complaint

My business hired InFocus Technologies to provide and install security cameras at our two business locations in January of 2021. The installation and the cameras/system were great! We were (and still are) financing the camera system through a third party recommended by InFocus Technologies. Upon installation, I asked if the cameras could be moved in the future as I anticipated that we would be moving eventually.We were preparing to move in the fall of 2022 so I contacted **** to see if he could meet with me at the new location so he could see the space and get an idea of what would be needed. He did not show up or call. A few days later, he apologized and scheduled the removal of the cameras/system without having seen the new space. He also did not remove 2 cameras at our warehouse because they were to difficult to get to. He also collected a $1500 check from **** reached out to **** MULTIPLE times, many with no response at all and several scheduled appointments when he did not show up or call to let me know anything.We decided to file a police report since **** now had our equipment and our money. They investigated and contacted **** which led to him dropping off our equipment and telling us he would install on "Monday". We were not surprised when he did not show up.I'm not sure why he is still entertaining the idea of having this business. In my opinion, he is dong the bare minimum and that is even an overstatement. I wish he would have told us that he could not handle the workload anymore and we would have gladly found another company to help us. Right now, we have a pile of electronics in a plastic tub, are -$1500 and are beyond irritated at the whole situation.Initial Complaint

On August 13, 2021 we purchased two surveillance cameras from Infocus Technologies. Wehave not received the equipment as of October 22, 2021. We have continously called the owner, **** *** and left messages on his cell phone but he has not returned our calls. His voicemail directs us to call his business phone for immediate assistance, but that number leaves a response that the mailbox is full. The address on his website is a *** store. Not sure what is going on? Has he gone out of business? We have made three payments on a loan in the amount of $3916. The comapany he used to secure the loan, ******* Credit Corp, states that they are not liable for equipment that is purchased but not received. Red flag?
