            We rented from this business with supposed good ratings. What a FARCE! They STOLE $85 from us. When we cleared the unit we rented, we provided advance notice as laid out in the agreement but instead of stopping the auto-charge to the bank account, they charged it anyway and will not refund after almost daily calls to encourage and demand they do what is right. When confronted, the lady stated we didn't give enough notice and that is A FLAT OUT LIE!! ****, the lady who answers will not divulge if she is the owner, nor provide the name of the owner if not her.This is no way to run a business and cheats should never be rewarded.This business still owes us a month's rent for which no services were received.

            Horrible! Manager is hypocritical and rude and just heartless! Owner is just oblivious and uninterested in what happens. They do things to bully people and think they can get away with it! It's a **** shame that a place went so far downhill after it became privately owned. Even a couple of MPD officers said the way its being ran its a shady business now. I would highly recommend going somewhere else for your storage needs!!
