            In June of 2021 I was working on my car and was arrested in the parking lot the vehicle was told by ATC from private property where i had permission to have the vehicle parked two days later I have my mother call to see about retreabing my car they continue to tell her that there is a lien holder on the vehicle and they could not release it to herb that she can wait a week to hear back from the lien holder and to call him back I know there's not a lien on that vehicle as I just had a titled my mother's name approximately a week prior to this. She called them back approximately 5 days later and they said that she could come retrieve my belongings from the car for $200 plus the title or it was going up for auction and that she could not retrieve the car from them any other way. When I got out of jail I called them they said they owned the vehicle now they had applied for a shop title and basically I was out of luck unless I wanted it from the auction

            I really wish I could give this place less than one star. I have called and drove up there several times to retrieve belongings from the car and even after being told they would be there during certain hours there's never anyone there to help or they are about to leave and just refuse to help. I just really need my stuff, there are some sentimental things in the car because it belonged to my mother who I just lost in February. This is just ridiculous and they definitely have poor business practices.
