      In November of 2023 my daughter and I had value transmission rebuild a 2015 Silverado with a 6l80e transmission. In February of 2024 the torque converter, installed by them failed. Constant communication problems, stating a new torque converter was ordered. After several attempts to text and call, I went to the business location directly. No one was present on two occasions. So know we have to have someone reliable to replace this companies warranted part and service. Will be filing a lawsuit in Rutherford county court when truck is completed with all relevant documentation.

      I took my transmission to Value Transmission on 11/5/22 because someone with a similar truck referred me there. I was expecting it to be a professional shop and was wary once the gps took me to a house with a garage on the property. The owner ************* stated he could rebuild my transmission and offer a 6 month warranty on the parts for $800 total. He had the transmission finished on 11/12/22 and I had it installed the following week. Once the transmission was installed I noticed new issues I never had before so I called him about it. ***** told me to take the truck up to him and he would have a look at it so I did on 11/18/22. He stated it shouldn't be anything major and that it'll only take a few days. A week goes by and I contact him to get an update. He dodges my calls and texts for weeks and has his brother ******************** to update me with saying they should have it ready soon. Communication with the owner and his brother was very scare with little to no updates. I finally receive a call from ****** saying my truck was ready on 12/10/22 and that I needed to pay $200 for their time so I did. I go up there to find out it wouldn't start at all and he had no explanation on why. I had to leave the truck there for them to figure it out and then receive another call on 12/20/22 saying they got it running. He told me it would cost even more money to get it now. When I go to pick my truck up ****** turns the key over to me and I question why it cost so much when it was under warranty and the issues that came up happened under their care. ****** called his brother ***** who snaps at me through speakerphone and threatened to physically hurt me and I was fearful of my life so I put the money on the counter and got my vehicle and left. When I leave I noticed I had another new issue which was a cylinder misfire due to a coil plug wire being cut that happened when he was working on the vehicle. I don't want anyone to go through the nightmare that I went through.
