              I am applying for Colorado State for my CPA licence to NASBA and NASBA has sent an email saying documents have been received and there is deficiency in application and that an email listing out deficiency will be sent within 24 hours of the email (indicating there is some deficiency in application). This email was received on 25th April 2024. However today is 4th May 2024 and I have not received their email letting me know what is the deficiency so that I can take steps to resolve it asap. Here time is of essence since I have specified period to resolve the deficiency or else the application money I paid gets forfeited and I have to reapply. I called them several times throughout this waiting period and no one knows what is going on and are unable to tell when the issue will get resolved. I have no idea whom to contact and what to do next rather than just keeping waiting for their email.I. have also asked them on email to share the update on my application but they are not responding. Need urgent help on this please . I ma sorry to escalate it but I really help.

              I submitted a request to conduct an International Credential Evaluation for the CPA Examination for $225 on November 17, 2023. Additionally, I was asked to pay $200 for an Additional Education Evaluation service by NASBA to obtain permission to access my academic transcripts from my university. However, on December 1, 2023, Hannah K***, an International Education Verification Specialist, emailed me, stating that my university declined to provide the academic transcripts to the third party. Consequently, I requested a refund of $200 for the uncompleted additional service. On January 21, I received the score evaluation report; however, some units were incorrect. Therefore, I sent a request for a re-evaluation and attached all the unit outlines for them to make the necessary amendments. Despite my attempts to contact NASBA for over two months, I have yet to receive any response from them.
