We have located the customer, who had a different last name. On the day of installation, we photographed the pre-existing ceiling stain. At no time have we ever found any leak associated with the walk-in tub. While we regret that the customer is upset, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage.Review from Lisa G

This tub has been an absolute Godsend!! I love laying back in it to soothe my arthritis - and it is just as good to take a nice seated shower when I come in from one of my walks in the heat and humidity!! I am beyond thrilled with this tub and am so happy I purchased it. So easy to get in and out of! Had a very rough start with our tub. It was a lot more expensive than I thought it would be but we were sold on it by the salesman. Had a major drain issue...so bad I had to buy a pump to drain the tub into the toilet. Even though I have a new 40 gallon water heater, it was insufficient to fill the tub with hot water. The first tech that came to address the drain issue told me about a **** **** unit that installs on the heater and that solved the hot water issue. He left w/o fixing the drain problem but another crew arrived a few days later and found construction debris stuck in the drain line. Cleared it out and now the tub drains much better. We can’t get our install team back after a horrible install, haven’t used the tub for a month now. Service doesn’t seem able to get them to respond either, guess I’m too far away and they shouldn’t have taken my money!Safe Step Walk-In Tub Response

The time period for completing the service call does not meet our standards or expectations. The service technician spoke to the customer last week and provided them with a timetable for completion. We love our SafeStep tub and shower combo. The lifetime warranty on parts and labor is a huge benefit, and the installation was very professional. There was zero touch-up required after the installation was finished. My wife uses all of the features as she relaxes in the tub. I like that I can take a quick shower while seated. Our experience was excellent from beginning to end. Salesman was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Installation began when promised and tub installed in less than a day.
