On 9/12/22 I purchased two 6-packs of beer which I had consumed throughout the week. Inside one can I discovered an unidentified contaminant that is approx. 3 square inches and looks very similar to a slug or intestines. In another can I discovered a fuzzy white substance. I reported this to several locations that sell the beer and provided the canning date advising the beer to be taken from the shelves. I received no confirmation that this was done. When reporting it to the location I purchased from, my info was forwarded to someone named ****. His title or affiliation with the company was never made clear to me. I have only received calls from blocked numbers and have not even heard an apology. I was informed they were not able to identify the item and they stopped following up with me. They have made no reasonable attempt to remedy the situation or identify the contaminant and have shown a very clear lack of respect for their customers.Customer response
