On X-XX-XX I purchased "The Best Banks Method" from ******* ****** (see attached screenshot of credit card statement, and invoice from *******) for $***. I did not receieve all of the products that I paid for. He did not give me any audio recordings that he promised, templates, spreadsheets, 90 minute summary, or a written action plan, as advertised on his website. My emails to him requesting these were ignored. Eventually, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and then suddenly he sends me an email after no contact, and asks why I filed a dispute. I told him I did not get the items I paid for and he made several excuses, but still did not provide any of them. He tried to talk me into closing the dispute. At this point I no longer trust him, and I am no longer in need his services. My credit card company denied the claim because I could not find "a second opinion from another merchant in the same field to write a letter on my behalf on their business letterhead describing why the service that I paid for was defective." Who is going to do that for me? It was an unreasonable request. Id like to file a complaint against ******* for taking my money and ignoring my requests for him to provide what I bought. What kind of reputable business takes money from a customer and then doesnt deliver what they paid for?
