            According to information in BBB files, it appears that this business is no longer in business.

            This company has a pattern of complaint alleging delivery issues. Specifically, consumers report placing an order but, more than 60 days later the order still had not been received. Additionally, consumers report their order confirmation indicated two-day deliveries, however, the product was not received for several weeks and in some cases months. Finally, some consumers report having placed an order that was never received, and they report they have not received a refund.
            On December 14, 2020 BBB contacted the company to request their voluntary cooperation in responding to an unresolved complaint as well as eliminating the pattern of complaint. This aspect of the Business Profile will be updated once additional information becomes available.

            BBB unable to locate business
            I ordered my item on 4/23/23. I have since then not received any confirmation or communication about the delay in receiving this item. I have reached out at least 4 times. Once in 05/23, 07/23, 09/23 and now 11/23 with no response or any form of support. I have asked for the item and asked to receive a refund. I know it isnt a lot of money but this was meant to be a gift I can no longer give my husband.
