background: There was some difficulty from the first day in September 2022. The person who came to my home was unable to communicate well, which led to frustration and delays. I attempted to contact company/owner, but was ignored. All of this time, my porch furniture was sitting in my front yard. Ultimately, they returned several days later. There is much more I could write, but its irrelevant, I think.Complaint: soon after project was completed, in October 2022, my patio cracked. I notified the company/owner, but was ignored. Finally, I got my husband involved and he made a bit of progress after I was ignored. The original employee who had difficulty communicating came and sealed the crack. Between the time I contacted them in October, and when they came to repair, the crack extended all the way across to the opposite side of the patio. Whatever they used for the repair is visible, although I was told it would not be. Contacted owner by text in November. Once more I was ignored and my husband began communicating with the company. My husband asked to have the colors blended so the crack wouldnt be visible. Nothing happened. By this time, weather was a struggle for this type of work. In March, we began contacting them again for a fix to the crack appearance. We were ignored. My husband called their office to set up a time for them to come to my home, but no one showed. He called again, but no return call. I would like the crack to be repaired in a way that doesnt show. Its a bit frustrating and maddening to spend a lot of money to beautify Concrete only to have a problem. I dont know anything about this, except what Ive read online. According to what I read, concrete overlay/resurfacing should last for ***** years, and that if cracks appear, its because theres a problem. In addition, Im afraid we may have more cracks at some point in the near future. I had to delete some information, because I used too many characters but happy to give more info.
