  I and my fianc ***************************** Financed two cars through them. She got a car first then we later got another car financed through them for me. Her name is the only one on her car and the second car is under both of are name. I fell behind on my car by 1 month due to covid and they repossessed both of our cars. Her car did not have a balance owed. In fact, she was paid ahead but they took my car which was one month behind and her car which has no balance owed. We believe they should not be able to take her car if she owes them nothing for her car at the time, they took her car which was three days ago. She still to this day 2/3 has no balance owed but they repossessed her car anyway and gave no reason why. They were very disrespectful to us and gave us no answer other than the want us to pay 4 times what I owe on my car to get both cars back. Which I only owe a few hundred dollars for December and this month's payment for ******** I understand being one month behind gives them the right to take my car but not my fiancs car when she is current with them. We want them to return her car or/and give us paperwork on how they are able to repossess her car from our home when she owes them nothing.

  I am rejecting this response because: ************************ ****** had no balance owed when it was repossessed by the bank over a week ago. They stated because I was behind one month on my/******** Chrysler they could take my car and her car which they did. They did not provide any paper work that states that her ****** Altima was Used as Collateral for the purchase of my Chrysler and can be taken even tho she owes nothing. Please provide paperwork that her car was used as collateral and a itemized bill of what she owed to get her can repossessed because she has no balance with her ****** at the time of repossession. Also documents showing her vehicle was used as collateral to purchase my Chrysler. We were told the day after repossession that we have to pay over $3800 dollar to return the cars not included tow yard fees. Please provide itemized balance as well as collateral documentation. We don't believe her car should be repossessed if she owed nothing at the time. I only owed for one month but they want almost ***** to get it back. We believe we have be targeted bullied due because of our skin color. They only reason was one month because because we bother were sick with *****. They manager on the phone seemed to have a vendetta against us based on treatment of us over the years .

  They did not respond with the information requested. Last conversation stated $3800 was needed to retrieve vehicle the day after repossession. I asked for a itemized bill as to what is owed to recover the vehicle. We never received this document neither has the better business bureau. There was nothing owed of the ****** Altima at the time of repossession.
