I made a mobile deposit at 8 am CST on 7/11/2022. I had 1 transaction to come in and was still charged a 32 dollars insufficient fee. I went to the store after 7 pm that night. I spoke to ******** who says she handles the mobile deposit. She stated it all depends on when it post but they were behind due to all of the deposits from the weekend. On their website it says " remote deposit helps improve cash flow with real-time access to your deposits. There is no communication to support if you make a deposit that morning it might not post until that night and you will still be charged a fee. It's not fair to the consumers that we are not aware and I would like my account credit back 32.00. The money was there and it's not my fault they were behind in posting. Please help me resolve this. The young lady stated first she could resolve it but then says she would have a branch manager to call me No call- claim they are in a meeting but couldn't tell me who would be calling me.

My son has a vehicle financed through The Tennessee Credit Union however, he has been late on payments. My name is not on the loan. I get phone calls and personal emails harassing me wanting money. Now, The Tennessee Credit Union has called my sons girlfriends dad about my son being late on payments. I would like to know how this company even had the knowledge of my son's girlfriend's dad name or hers they are not even family or listed anywhere on the loan. They have to be stalking my son in order to get this information that is against the law. I realize they need their money for payments, but stalking is unacceptable. It is always the same person her name is ***** ****** (Asset Control Department) and her number is 615-********. She needs to be aware that stalking and getting personal information that is not listed on a loan is against the law.

Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2022/08/22) */ TTCU is only able to share confidential information with the account/loan owners and is unable to provide details on collection attempts that may be taking place with other members. Per policy, TTCU may contact friends, family members or individuals that were added as personal references on loan applications. If this action is taken, contact is only made once with these individuals. TTCU records indicate **** ****** initiated contact with TTCU by making several payments on a loan she was not the borrower on. No attempt has been made to contact her directly to collect on a loan where she is not a borrower. In some cases, non-borrowers are unintentionally contacted because TTCU is attempting to collect from the borrower, the non-borrower may live in the same household and picks up the call. Per policy, only a message requesting a call back from the borrower is made.
