Fantastic customer service! Quick response, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, fluent, empowered. If you’re concerned about the state of the liberally-biased media and want to know what you can do to change things, you can start by becoming a paid member of DW. Doing so will support the production of positive, conservative, family-friendly content. Conservative media voices are quiet when compared to the cacophony of every other left-leaning outlet that can drown out the rest. Supporting DW helps the right-wing voice become a little bit louder by offering an educated, fact-based, rational alternative.

Two years ago I accepted a short trial of the Daily Wire and cancelled. I just noticed a $163.16 charge on my credit card today from one week ago. This was for an annual membership, which would expire in September 2025. I immediately canceled. Through much difficulty, I contacted them by email and was told I could not get a refund, even though I am just one week into an annual membership. I was also told I was notified, which is entirely NOT true. I have not heard from the Daily Wire in two years while they were taking money out of my account. On Aug. 4th, 2024, 11:33 PM CST, we sent this member an email entitled "Updated pricing and renewal of your Dailywire+ membership.” In that email, we let the member know their membership would renew 30 days later, which it did. Their subscription was renewed on Sept. 4th, 2024. On Sept. 11th, a week later, they emailed our support team for a full refund. We couldn't offer a full refund due to the time that had elapsed. At that time, we set the membership to cancel at the end of the term so that the member would not be billed again. We're sorry for any trouble this caused but we have done our best to resolve the situation.
