I requested withdrawal and refund of $500 on May 23, 2023 from Pivot School of Technology in email. I paid for CompTia online course so I could take my certification test. I received a CompTia code but the next day when I logged in, the CompTia website said invalid key code. This went on for weeks, no one at Pivot Technology School was trying to help or give me a new key code to access my lessons. This was an online school and training why would they have a problem with access the CompTia website. I'm requesting a $500 refund due to the fact I did not get access to the CompTia website.Initial Complaint

I applied and was approved for a loan to attend a cybersecurity program March 30 to begin the course on June 21 in the amount of $10,000. I am a single mother and was receiving professional coaching and requested to postpone my start date until I had sound care for my child to attend the course. That start date was August 24th. At least this is what had been communicated to me. I was then notified that the course start state was being postponed to September 19. I contacted the school at this time to determine if anything additional was needed from met for the September 19 cohort start date. It was at this time that I was told that my loan funds had been returned to the ************. I knew that I was debits from my bank account for the loan. I reached out to ************ and was advised that no funds had been returned to them and that I was still responsible for the loan and the payments. For over 60 days, I have been trying to have this issue resolved. I have attached my email communications with Pivot Tech. To date, I am still be debited for this loan. I have not attended a class and have been told by the school that they do not have the funds as they were returned. I have spoken with ************ which is also advising of the same. They do not have the funds. I am concerned because this is not a small sum of money and no one has provided clear resolution to this issue. Please help have this money returned.
