DO NOT USE THIS MAN. Like one stated, he comes across as very knowledgeable & honest, but this is further from the truth. This man is NOT the person for any of your home expansion or upgraded needs. After researching several companies, Chris was recommended to me by a classmate. I was looking for one to add a roof over my deck on one side of my home, while adding another deck to the other side of my home with closing in another existing deck on that same side. He came across very confident, said that it would be an easy job, & that it wouldn't take long at all to complete. He started 5/3/24. & It's 8/15/24 & he is still not done. He will ask for material funds up front, but he will feed you any excuse to get more funds throughout the project. He does not show up for days, sometimes weeks at a time. When he does come, it's only for a few hours once or twice a week, at best. He had taken on & completed several other jobs since starting mine, further ignoring my jobs priority. He won't answer nor return calls. Nor will he respond to emails or texts. He will reach out days later with different excuses as to why he hadn't been here, with the majority not really excusing the fact as to why he couldn’t show up to work toward the completion of the project. He made several decisions with pertaining to my project without consulting me 1st, which caused for several corrections & do over’s. There are several parts of the job that has been left undone or poorly done. There is equipment, material & debris all around my house on the ground, decks, up against the fence, on the outskirts of my home, & up against the wall upon entry to my backyard that I have asked several times to be cleaned up/ removed, that he has yet to do. I had to continually ask to talk to him to discuss the lack of dedication put forth in my project, as well as go over my punch list, but he would just continually leave. When finally confronting him, there was no accountability. DO NOT USE THIS MAN.
