Yes, I go inside of the Shell gas station to get gas. Ill get a couple of ice. The lady says that it is $2.07 brings me up when I try to put in my car, she says ** declined but its the loyalty number thats declined gets back on the cell phone. The lady then tells me to go have a good day. You guys need to teach people how to treat people when they come in for service and not be belligerent or rude intentionally.Business response

On Oct 16th 2021 I stopped for gas at Shell**** ***** (91`XXXXXXXXX) Phone: (XXX)-XXX-XXXX.The pump safety stop malfunctioned and failed to stop pumping gas after the tank was full. This resulted in gas overflowing and pouring gas onto my vehicle and all over the ground. (This should also be a *** concern.) The ***** manager informed me to just have my CC company to cancel the transaction because they could not do it and it would be no issue. Shell then went behind my back and disputed the transaction. I called the ***** again and was told to talk to my CC company again. This has been going on for months now and I have to keep reopening the issue because Shell is saying one thing and doing another. I spoke with Shell Corporate and was told someone would call me back to resolve the issue that day. That has been over 2 weeks ago. I need to stop getting ran in circles and being lied to. Please help me to have this overdue problem taken care of.Business response
