On 4/1/24 I stopped at this location to get coffee as I was on my way to return a rental car, I am a regular customer, I go to this store every single day. I ran into the store, there were a lot of workers near the coffee station waiting to use microwave. I get the coffee go to the counter pay and exit, when I got back in the rental car I started looking for my phone I did not see the phone, so I ran back in the store to the coffee station it wasn't there; I thought someone must have picked up my phone. I politely asked the store manager(******) if she could view video to see if someone picked up my phone, her response was "you are not a detective" I know I'm not a detective, I don't want to see the video, if you can just see if someone picked up my phone, again she said "you aren't a detective, the other cashier said go out there to the truck the workers are in and ask them if they saw my phone, I did I want to accuse anyone, but I felt that was a good idea, & was willing to try anything, so I went to the truck and the guys said no, I went back in the store, the guy from the food section offered his phone and I dialed my number, nothing, a customer offered to help me, he went with me back to the truck where the workers where and dialed my number while we were standing there, nothing, he then suggested I go back to the car and he dialed my number, and that's where we discovered the phone inside the car it had fallen between the seat. The end, I got home I called the Corp @************ and reported my encounter of the refusal to help me. On 4/10 I visit the store ****** says I can help you over here, I went to the other cashier, who was about to ring me up until ****** misused her authority and told this lady to go on break, I told ****** why I was avoiding her, she told me she is not a babysitter of my phone..I called corporate again @11:05am -now ****** told me I was not welcome, and banned from store. enclosed the #of times I have called No one has called backCustomer response

I would also like to add how this store manager misuses her authority with the cashier's, not only did she start this by sending the cashier on break when I got to the counter, the cashier, I asked her directly so you are not going to ring me up, she said to me, she did not want to loose her Job because she was told to go on break..which means the cashier was going to ring me up, all I had was coffee. So has told every cashier on her shift and the evening shift and weekend shift, not to wait on me, that i am not allowed in the store. My background is in Communications, I am all too familiar with customer service in a Corporate environment, and how one should handle themselves.. her display to me lacked intellect, and came off as not fit to have the title of a manager, she very unprofessional, and I know there is a difference in retail versus corporate, but the standards when dealing with customers are the same, there is no variation.
