This is my 3rd time requesting my documents to be sent to ***********************. They still have not received it. I don't understand why these documents are not coming through and this has been going on for weeks and this unacceptable. I need a copy of my medical records sent directly to me. I no longer trust Medicopy to properly send over my documents to the doctors office. See the in the email form below.

They charge ***** dollars for the first page and another ***** for a total of ***** to send medical records and disability and FLMA papers to jobs and short term disability. Which they just flat out *** and say they sent it. My short term disability keeps cutting me off. Because they never get the updated paperwork from the doctor. When I send a email request. It's been 8 emails with no results.

On Oct 20 at **** PM M**iCopy reiveed the form to the patient's employer and sent a copy to the patient's email. Consumer Response /* (4200, 12, 2021/10/22) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) They clearly misunderstood the issue was with my husband's paperwork, not mine. I did indeed inquire about it and was told it was "delayed" but no reason given. It wasn't submitted to his employer until the day I filed the complaint. I am offended by the use of "feel" referring to the essence of this complaint. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to use this company in the future as it is the company my hospital uses to process paperwork now.

Some consumers may elect to not publish the details of their complaints, some complaints may not meet BBB's standards for publication, or BBB may display a portion of complaints when a high volume is received for a particular business.
