    We called coolray to analyze and diagnose an electrical issue in our home. They told us that there was no charge to diagnose. They did diagnose the issue in less than 10 minutes . said it would be $300.00 to repair. We paid it. They pushed a button and left. Not what I consider reputable or honest. Incredibly disappointed!

    This has to be the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a company. My wife and 1yo daughter and I were left to suffer the 95 degree heat with no power for a whole day due to cool-ray's negligence. Repair tech showed up an hour and a half later than the power company shut off the power to repair my power meter box. Before finishing the job, I was told that the power company was refusing to turn the power back on due to the need for an inspection. Called the power company who said cool-ray was notified of this the week prior. Repair tech admitted after this news that cool-ray improperly scheduled the shut-off which is why the power company would not turn power back on. They leave and I hear nothing back from them the whole day, forcing me to make frantic calls all the way up to the state inspector to beg him to inspect. Inspector comes out of his way last minute so the power company can turn power back on, and everyone involved keeps telling me that cool-ray should've known and taken better care of me. After almost getting stood-up on a call with the head supervisor the next day on the issue, I don't get an apology or explanation. Instead, they try to point the blame to everyone else; even their own repair tech for telling me they dropped the ball. I was specifically told "sometimes luck just blows the wrong way." Very unprofessional, especially from a so-called "higher up". Will never do business with them again. Zero stars.
